Moved my 11 inch Blonde Naso

Just moved the big boy(3inch streamers) out of the 240 reef into the 300 fowlr and still needs a bigger tank hopefully be finished with the 900 project first of the year.

For those thinking about getting one make sure you have a huge tank, mine was a rescue out of a 100 gallon tank 2 years ago he was about 8 inches then and slight streamers.

My 300 fowlr is done for the time being no more add ons stock list so far

5 yellow tangs 3 inch
1 purple tang 3 inch
1 queen angel 8 inch
pair gsm's
1 orange shoulder tang
1 powder blue tang 5 inch
1 blonde naso male 11 inch
1 regal tang

All will be going in the big tank, maybe adding a blueface or scribble and that should be it.

Tusk went to a new tank(friends) was scratching my acrylic(hard to do), mac was too big for my tank went to a 500 fowlr with cat sharks and imperator went with the mac. With all the rock in my tank felt like it was overcrowded moved the naso because he was getting too big in the reef, moved the achilles to the reef too much aggression with the yellows.

lhm, got ya. You need to get that 900g up and running! Will the sharks be ok with angels? Always thought they'd pick on them. Maybe you can get them back when you setup that 900g, what are the dimensions on it?

10 ft by 40 x 42 inch is the used 900 I am working on and so far so good with the mac and sharks the fist sign of aggresion and picking she would be moved.

I had a regal tang pic a horn sharks eye blind years ago but this mac is a big baby for its size.

You never know they might go in the new tank just want to keep my load down and watch my queen and tangs get huge.

He is very mellow always has been was surprised my queen did not challenge him when I first put him in. Now if someone tries to bully him different story. He ate minutes after putting him in the 300 awesome tang but needs ton of swimming room imo

This is also the most mellow queen I have ever owned. In the past tried adding a naso with a adult imperator and it was war. If a naso gets chased too much and stressed will lose all will to live . That is one of the reasons I no longer have the imperator wanted my naso to have a bigger home and having him 2 years is different from a couple months.
