Moving a 120 gallon up stairs

I bought a 120 gallon system and need to move the tank out of a basement. I believe the tank will weigh about 215lbs. Anyone ever use shoulder moving straps for this? Any recommendations for how to make it easier on two guys lifting?

A 120 is rather easy with 2 guys..
Dont really need straps but they could be used..

I moved my old 180 from my basement to the main floor, with a mid landing on the stairs, by myself.

Leverage is your friend.

Our reef club used to have suction cups used by glass movers. Made it a lot easier to get a good grip without bending in awkward positions and pulling out your back.

Suction cups would be great but cost prohibitive for 1 move. I'm going to buy the straps and try them out

flipping the tank upside down helps a lot for upstairs moves, gives you a lot more to hang onto than when right side up.
