Moving... again

Does anyone have any tips on tank relocation? We are moving from out condo in South San Jose to Morgan Hill. I need to have the tank out of the old house by this Sunday. I have a 65 gallon acrylic tank with a 3in. sand bed and a bunch of live rock with attached corals. I have another empty 60 gallon tank at the new house already with a dried out sand bed. From the tidbits of info I've been able to dig up, I should try to keep the tank water. Any other info/help would be appreciated.

Since the move isnt too far, you wont have to individually bag all your livestock. But I would definatly use coolers to try and keep the temps as constant as possible.

Seed the new sand with some sand from the old tank. Have about 10-20g of new premixed and heated water waiting for you. The water that you use to move your livestock will be pretty bad and I would discard that and use the new premixed water in its place.

I've done it. I've put the corals into one rubbermaid bin, all the fish into a 5 gallon bucket (with a battery powered pump), all the rock into another rubbermaid bin, and then the water into 5G bottles. I only used the top 1-1.5" of sand which I scooped out. Threw away the rest.

Like Jedi said, you'll need at least 15 gallons of premixed saltwater ready for the loss in the transfer. I've put it back together within a day. It would be best if you had some help.
