Moving an Anenome

I have a Sebae anenome that is in my main reef tank that has grown considerably. It is now stinging my SPS corals and I want to remove it, the only problem is that it is anchored to rock that I cannot remove at the base of the reef. The base of the Anenome is in an area that I cannot reach. How can I get it out? I am afraid to pull on it too hard, because it might tear and kill the anenome. Is there anything I can do to get it to let go from it's foot hold? Also, the clownfish is attacking me everytime I reach in the tank to try and position rock around the anenome - I thought I could get the anemome to climb onto one of the removable rocks but it's staying put.

Anemones are always tricky to move if you are new at it. There are a few ways to do it.

Ice the base like he said, kneed the base like bread(you said you can't reach the foot), Make it uncomfortable(pointing power heads on them), grab as cloes to the base as possibly and very very slowly and gently this should take about half an hour. The last method will stress the nem a lot.
