Anemone watch 2008 update: Usually when I check him in the morning before lights are on he is small, this is the first time I was able to see him just after lights are on. He is small and some of his tentacles have a greenish tint. This worries me a bit. Only changes are RO topoff, introduction of xenia frags, and regular feeding. He looked fine hours after all my tank maint last night. I have seen this greenish tint to a lesser extent before and he's always come back. Could someone tell me if this is at least somewhat normal or what I should do? I was going to schedule a partial water change today but now I'm not sure.
Moving anemone stressing me out

nems are going to move, you just can hope they dont hit the corals or the powerheads.
'tis true. He seems to have settled down quite a bit though. This is my first anemone and I obviously have some newbie-esque questions. I have read a fair amount about placement, behavior, needs and such but would really like someone to tell me whether it is normal for them to be small and somewhat discolored in the morning.
Good to know. I was really worried as mine was small for the first time with lights on recently and stayed that way for several hours. I was pretty sure he was a goner, but when I checked this morning before lights were on he was big again. I just get so worried when he looks "different".
Update: looking good! Tank has now been stable 1.024sg for a few days, did a water change two nights ago. At that time I also replaced a PH (similar flow pattern near condy tho). He has been facing more towards the side of the tank but seems fine. Started target feeding with krill.
Update: Had a bit of a plumbing issue recently. Had to replace the powerhead providing circulation to 'nem's area of the tank. I tried to replace it with a slightly smaller one (some stuff was gettting a bit too much flow) pointed in the same direction. He now seems to be moving his foot up the rock a bit. He seemed so happy where he was! I hope he doesn't move too far but I do have the PH intake covered with a sponge. I target fed yesterday and he seemed to eat just fine. Any ways to encourage him to move back down a few inches?
