Moving Anemone

My Sebae Anem moved over night after being in his current spot for 4 months. Problem is - he moved pretty much ontop of my devil's hand. I aimed a power head at him for the day, and no movement. Im concerned about the devils hand because it is touching it. The anem foot is in a hole in the rock. Any help on how to get it to move would be great!

Is the devils hand on a small rock or on frag plug?if it is on one of those i would move the devils hand and let the nem be.

The devil's hand is attached to a large rock - which has a small hole in it. The anem's foot is planted in the rock hole. I put black plastic over the anem in hopes to get the anem to move.
