Moving LED Lights?

saw a post on facebook with some new lights. Probably a new brand called Solar Systems Ltd. they got some moving lights which looked pretty interesting!

Cool idea, but pretty useless IMHO. Probably rather expensive and they would just be more electric motors to fail over time due to being over a tank.

Yeah just more stuff to break, not sure if you'd get much benefit out of it...
