Moving rock flower

So as the title states I'm moving tanks. From a biocube to an 80g. I'm not moving any rocks(want to avoid the pests I have), but the 2 rock flower anemones I have are well attached to my current rocks. My question is, whats the best way to remove them from the rocks? Just simply and carefully peel the foot off the rocks using my fingernails? Or is there a better way? I've never had to move one that has already attached itself.

I generally use a turkey Baster blow water at the foot and then use of a combination of peeling and blowing water at them.

I wouldn't peel them up with your fingernails since you'll probably tear the foot, you can use a pump to shoot water on them which usually makes them move though. For some reason in my tank dosing peroxide will make my flower nems walk sometimes, not sure if that's just me though.
