How do i move a birds nest sps coral that has been glued to the rock as its not going to good in the current position

use a chisel and skin off the rock layer that is glued to the coral.

Do i do it in the water in the tank because i cant remove the rock that its on its all been glued together.

Get a good sized pair of bone cutters and cut it off at the base.

You said it had been glued to the rock? If it hasn't been there long and is not encrusting onto the rock you could take a pair of bone cutters like was mentioned before and Chip Away at the glue. The Fragwill dislodge from where you glued it and you can reposition it into a better location.
If you don't have stainless steal bone cutters I have used a pair of standard side cutters, just try not to take too long to do the job as we generally don't want any metal in our tanks
