Mp -10's or mp - 40's
Ecotech has a website where you plug in different options to see the max-min flow of several combinations based on LPS and SPS recommended ranges. For my 75, (very close to yours) it looks like 2 x MP10 is the way to go. For now, I have just one, and a WP25 at the other end and I'm not lacking anything in a 4 foot tank.
Edit: now that Quiet Drive option is available, I may go that route since I got an Apex and just dig programming.

10 s will do it for your size tank no problem imo
i have a standard 75g. i asked this same question a few months ago and everyone said two mp10's would be fine. i got my mp10's, now i have 2mp40's and my coral are much happier my sand cleaner.
you can only turn the mp10's up so far. Get the mp40's and set them to about 70% i have both my mp40's at 100% set at reef crest/lagoon mode. I have a mixed reef with LPS/SPS and about 100lbs live rock.
It all comes down to what your keeping and how stocked your tank is. The thicker the coral the more hp you will need from your powerheads.
