MP 40 long pulse

Trying to set two MP-40 in long pulse, master/slave. I first set the interval, which works. I then set the pump speed for the master...and the led breathes red as expected. The problem is that the master always reverts to half speed, even if I set at 100%. I can set the slave at whatever speed I like.

If the pumps are in a master/slave relationship, you shouldn't be able to modify the salves speed without entering the configuration mode. I saw the video, followed directions, the slave is glowing orange for anti-synch.
