MP10 blinking multi color and not working

I have an older MP10 (white controller) that started not working. It will blink multi color when I turn it on. When researching, it shows its jammed but both sides are clean and clear.

When I loosen the dry side magnet, it will spin fine but when I tighten it and put to the wet side, it will stop and do the multi color error. The wet side spins fine.

Is there a fix to this problem?
