I installed the upgrade on my 2 MP10's. Now whenever I power up the MP10's they decouple from the wet side. If I get them going they are fine until thay are powered down and back up. Is there something I need to do after insalling the driver?

N,

Make sure the wetsides are clean on your pumps. That said, that is a very unusual issue and I would recommend contacting us directly if the issue persists.

OK, i will try a cleaning. I just wanted to kake sure I was not forgetting to do something after the upgrade. One of the wet sides is fairly new the other I don't know as i purchased it used. I might have to change that one out. i just didn't have this happening until I hooked up the upgraded comtrollers. The new wetside dosen't do this as often and the one I bought used.

Thanks,
Danny

I had to give up on the QD and install the original drivers. Over 90% of the time they were decoupling on startup. They would run OK once they were running. I don't have an issue with the old controllers with this. I cannot trust them to start back up unattended with the QD controllers.

Did you contact eco tech to resolve it or no?

Not yet. I will have to do that after I get back. I will be away for a few days and did not want to risk a decouple when I was gone.

I have solved this issue. I had to by a new wetside for one of the pumps. They both are working fine now on the QD drivers. I am not sure exactly what I did to get the other one to work but it has been working fine for several weeks now.
