Mp10 Westside Going bad?

Hi All. So I have had my mp10 little over a year now and recently upgraded the driver to the qd.

Last night I started hearing a awful grind/whine coming from it. Tried to see if it wasn't aligned right, but no matter what I did, same constant loud noise. My mp10 hasn't ever been quiet, but never this loud.

The dry side is a almost silent hum, which i think is working properly. Is it time to order a new wetside? First time with a vortech and having to repace something, is why I'm asking advice.

Try taking the wet side apart and doing a vinegar bath. Scrub it off real good and make sure everything is tight and re assemble. That solved the problems I was having with my mp40's. I think the crap on the propeller was throwing it off balance. Also, make sure you let all the air out of the back of the wet side once you submerse it again.

Cleaning your unit will resolve the issue as it sounds some dirt or debris has made it's way into the wetside.

Cleaned prior to ordering a new wet side. Even after cleaning it was still loud.
