MP10QD Conversion Issue

I purchased a new driver and wet side in an attempt to update my older MP10. When I wire up the new driver and plug it in the wet side will not spin. The pump then simply turns off and sometimes it won't even turn on at all. Not sure what the issue is. When I switch the pump back to the Ecosmart driver it works perfectly fine.

Any one else have this problem?

Is the controller dial flashing any error codes? Additionally, does this continue to occur when the dryside is run alone? (Meaning not attached to the wetside.)

It doesn't flash any codes because it shuts off after about 3 seconds. It is as if the power port isn't working.

I would recommend calling in directly for more advanced troubleshooting.
