MP10QD loud!

Purchased two MP10QD's and one is super loud compared to the other. I thought maybe the inside portion needed turned or something, took it off, put it back on (while off). Turn it back on to hear the same thing.

Any advice? Anyone else have one super loud? I haven't had anything odd happen to it like dropping or anything. Just normal operations.

Sometimes you have to play with the head and. Ack to make are they are aligned. If it's off a bit it May be noisy

how long have they been running. I upgraded a MP10 to MP10QD and it will run quite for days then the bearings get into a position and start making noise. I have a new set of bearings to replace them. If they are new you might have to run it for a few days for the bearings to work them self's into a smooth quite spot. I am an industrial maintenance an for 40 years see this all the time. If after a few days it doesn't quite down call Ecotech if these are new purchased ones.

I would recommend disassembling the wetside and checking for any potential damage. From there, run the pump in constant mode at it's lowest speed. Gradually increase the speed over the course of a week to allow the pump to break in. If you continue to have issues at that point, please contact us directly.
