Hi all. Not sure if this is the right place for my issue because I'm not sure the cause of my issue. I have two MP10s that are connected to an Apex system through a WXM module. Both MP10s are shutting down together. When I turn the power off and then on to either pump (either through the Apex module or manually), they will both restart, before silently losing power together about a minute later.
Unplugging one and then plugging it back in will repower both units. Whichever one I plugged back in will lose power a split second before the other.
Again, apologies again if this is an Apex issue and not an EcoTech issue; I frankly just don't know where to start. Many many thanks.
EDIT: Apologies; this was not an ecotech issue. I updated the firmware on the wxm and that seemed to fix it. Mods, please delete if appropriate.
