MP20 won't turn on

I received a new MP20 from petstore.com and put in the tank this evening and found out it won't turn on. There seems like a LED on the power supply but it does not lite up if I plug it into an outlet. Should I contact petstore.com for a replacement or send it to you to get it fix. Very disappointed to find out a 300 pump that won't turn on.

Any ETA on sending out the power supply replacement? I don't have much flow in my tank now.
