Yeah I was all excited and then like WTH?? What does a solid Red light mean.. Maybe it has to boot up... After about 2 minutes I knew something was wrong.. Called and had the ball rolling and a shipping label in 5 minutes..

Not a great first impression, huh. I have two of them, no issues with either. They'll take care of it but I know it sucks to get a new toy and have a problem out of the box. But it sucks much worse when it's from a company that doesnt take care of it as fast and problem free as Ecotech.

Yeah, I have always heard how great thier CS was and I am a believer... The guy I talked to was on top of it and was working fast as he could to get it resolved... As far as first impressions go it was still a good one.. Even though it was DOA they are more than willing to make it right as soon as possible.. Most companies would tell you to go pound sand..
