MP40 blinking red

Shut off my MP40 to clean the wet side, when i turned it back on it started blinking red. I tried a hard reset and soft reset, buttons do not respond to anything. I also tried removing the back plate, unplugging the motor and plugging in again, nothing. Anything else i can try before sending back to Ecotech for service?

If you have another power supply try that. Same thing happened to me several months back. I tried it with another mp40 power supply and it worked perfectly. I then tried the supposedly defective power supply with the second pump and it worked fine. When I put it back to the original pump it again failed to operate. I simply switched out power supply’s and both pumps work . I never got an answer from ecotek on this.
