mp40 flashing blue/red

I am trying to connect my mp40 to an apex WXM module and it is blinking blinking blue/red. Any idea what is wrong??

Blue/Red flashing will typically indicate a low voltage error meaning the controller is not receiving enough power. With that in mind, I would recommend double checking all power connections.
