Mp40 locked up wetside

One of my mp40s (manufacturer date April 2 2012) wetside locked up seems like one of the washers melted or something. Anyone have this problem before? I took it apart and it seems when I tighten the nut that holds on the impeller on it makes it so tight it won't turn.

Customer support wont answer 12 minutes on hold was enough so I hung up.

Same thing happened to me and a brand new wet side.

They sent me a new wet side. It had a bad bearing or bushing if I remember correctly.
