Mp40/mp10 apex controlled

Just bought two used pumps. One mp40w and a mp10wes. I would like to have the MP 10 as the master and the MP 40 as the slave. I am unsure of how to sync the two pumps. Also would like to control the mp10 with my apex.

Does anyone have any experience with this?
