Mp40 not working

I've had it for 6 months. So far just used it at constant speed but want to use different modes.
Just tried the feed mode. Held down the mode button 3-5 seconds, sometimes longer but nothing happens. I don't feel clicking when the button is pressed.
I messages Ecotech but haven't heard back from anyone.
Anyone else ever had a problem like this before?

Sohal,

It could be that the driver board pin is not aligned correctly with the button on the controller case. I would recommend trying again, if you continue to have the issue opening the controller is very simple. Just remove the 3 screws from the back of the casing and separate the two halves. From there, re align the pins and buttons then close the case.
