MP40-W trouble

Hello everyone

I was doing a firmware update to one of my MP40-W and it never completed through my Reeflink.

Now it has a green button and you cant adjust it at all. I tried a hard and soft reset but still same issue.

What are my options now?

You will want to proceed through the firmware update again as it has failed and caused the error state you're currently stuck in. Please keep in mind it is very important to power down other Radions and VorTech pumps during the update process.

Tried that but no good.

I go into ecosmartlive and get the driver to blink red and white, then you are suppose to hold "set" until it blinks blue and green but when I hold "set" then the 5th power meter light blinks blue three time super fast and the button just keeps flashing red and white.

The manufacturer date is 6-25-2012 and I have had them for about two years I think
