Hi all,
I've tried searching all the MP40 posts on various forums but can't quite find the answer to my question so hoping someone can help.
We have 2 MP40s plugged into a battery back up.
Light on the transformer for the battery back up is red, which I think indicates it's charging. However, the control dials on the MP40s are flashing green, which I think indicates they are running in battery back up mode. But my question is why? If the battery backup is plugged into the wall and switched on, surely the MP40s should be running normally (we have it set to reefcrest mode) and the battery should still charge.
Also, on the ecotech live app, it doesn't say anything about being in battery back up mode so I'm completely confused!
Is anyone able to shed any light on it?
