MP40's not following schedule

I purchased 2 MP40s from a fellow reefer the middle of last year and have noticed that they dont always follow my schedule. My master unit in particular like to just insert randow flow patterns into the schedule. For example when they should both be doing reefcrest most in opposite actions from one another my master pump will just randomly go to nutrient export mode for about 5 min and go back. My slave pump will stay on reefcrest but since the master pump isnt doing the same mode it has nothing to do the opposite of so it stays at the lowest speed setting.

This happens quite often throughout the day and restarting the MP40s wont fix it nor will going into Ecosmart live and reprogramming all my pumps. Its not like i have the most complicated schedule in the world. They should change between about 4 or 5 modes in a 24hr period. Why cant these things follow a schedule?

Also my master pump is now getting an all red light indicator on the controller and will shut off. What does that mean?

Thanks for reaching out and I'm sorry to hear about the trouble you're having. If you haven't done so already, I would really recommend calling in. That is a very unusual issue and assuming the buttons are not being pressed on the controller, there isn't a good explanation as to why that should happen.
