What mode do you guys recommend for lps?

I’m using the Short Pulse Mode (blue light) at just one LED light past half way for speed. I also use the night mode that comes on at 11 pm for 8 hours at 50% (default setting as I’m lazy!!). I’m seriously thinking about getting the WXM module for the Apex to run the various programs at different time throughout the day. I also have the pumps offset from each other instead of directly across from each other and synched. I do this to create some laminar flow in the tank.

Did you get this? Sorry I couldn't respond as my internet has been down since Thursday! You have to hold both Mode and Set once, release and then pressing and holding Mode and Set again. The light should turn white and dim then get brighter very slowly. At this point it is in the standard sleep mode and will stay this way for 10 hours. You can further adjust this by following the steps starting in chapter 4.5 of the manual. I waited until 11 PM to start mine and now that is what time it automatically comes on.
