MP40w motor squealing

Yesterday the dry side on my older mp40w started squealing. Is the pump on its way out or is there something I can do like oil it?

Jay,

I would recommend removing the wetside and running the motor to see if you continue to have the noise. If not, I would recommend cleaning the wetside to see if this resolves the issue.

Thank you, I guess my ears were playing tricks on me. A piece of sand must have gotten into the wetside... All good now
