MP40w problem

Brand new unit, magnet will not work on my 215g with 3/4" glass. My dealer will swap out in am if necessary. I was just wondering if I am missing something basic.

Did you remove the pin spacer from the back of the dryside? If not, try that and see if it works.

Does the pump stick at all on thinner glass when setup per the instruction manual? You may have a pump with a magnet which has not been magnetized properly. If so we'll just send you out a new magnet.

T & T in Houston has it now, they seemed to think there was something broken with impeller. I do believe you are more correct, magnet was not quite up to speed. Thanks for fast response.

Do you sell parts direct or only wholesale?

I love the unit BTW does exactly what I wanted in my 215g. Three Tunze and yours = mega flow!
