Mp40W ?

I have ONE new MP40W. It won't change modes and the light is orange. If I try to do a reset, nothing happens or if I go back and try again, if i'm lucky to get the red, white , blue to flash it just goes back to orange and sometimes pulses orange on and off.
Mostly though if I hole mode and set at the same time nothing happens. Is my mode button broke?

An orange dial would indicate that the pump is in anti-sync slave mode. That being said, please call in today for further troubleshooting.
