I have 2 MP40Wes pumps, they have been in operation for about 4 weeks and last night one of the pumps started to squeal and rattle. So thinking it was out of alignment I requisitioned the pump and it went away. Then it stated again and this time the wet side was jumping around. I immediately turned off the pump and removed the wet side, after watching the video on how to disassemble the wet side I disassembled it. I found the propeller was loose I tried to tighten it down and the Nyloc nut was stripped.
Is this common? Is there a way to get a heavier duty nut?

I have 4 Radion Gen 2's, one has a fan that rattles from time to time also only 4 weeks old. Whats the way to fix this?
Any help would be greatly appreciated, besides the small issues I LOVE the lights and pumps.
