I love mine. I switched to them when they first came out from MP40w's. The sound volume is like night and day, almost silent at 85% compared to very loud on the old ones (which were only about 3 months old at the time).
They do however have one issue where the internal magnet can split and rust. I just noticed this on one of mine. It started decoupling on it's own, so I opened it up and found that the magnet was split. Ecotech was very helpful and swapped it out even though it was beyond the warranty. If you buy them, I suggest opening them up during each cleaning and checking the magnets.
