MP60 Turns Off

I have a MP60, purchased in 2012, it had been working great without any issues. The other day the wet side started clicking. I took the wetside out and cleaned it to find that the magnet had expanded and had pushed open the plastic surrounding it. I ordered a new rotor and installed it. Now when I power it back on the controller flashes green white/green, then green to red, and then turns off. The pump doesn't start at all. Is there anything that I can do to resolve this?

I would recommend running the pump without the wetside coupled to the dryside. If the pump operates normally at that point, this will tell you that the wetside is not spinning as freely as it should is causing the issue.
