Mr Dual reactor from Spectrapure

I was just wondering if anyone has experience with this reactor?

I cannot no matter what I do get the GFO to tumble, boil, simmer, whatever. The water just trickles out the output. Now it does have dual chambers that are plumbed separately with separate shutoffs, but do run off the same pump(an mj1200 what they suggest). Even if I shut the carbon side off, I still only get a trickle.

I almost want to say I have to much GFO in it, but with the size of the canister, it can definitely hold more then the 1C I have in it. I'm running BRS bulk GFO if anyone was wondering.

I tried running it with an empty media canister and it seems to work just fine, so it really has me puzzled.

I did post the problem in spectrapures sponsor forum, but I was wondering if anyone had experience with this reactor and maybe I'm missing something obvious?

Does it tumble initially and then stops? If so, it may be getting saturated with bacteria. Do you carbon dose?

No and No, and I'm not dosing any carbon source. I just hooked it up yesterday so I know its not plugged up.

I have a sicce 1.5 (just slightly more GPH then the mj) that I use to pump my WC water to the tank, I think I'm going to try that.
