It has been called to my attention that someone may have told a fabrication to one of our sponsors telling them that their "card was in the mail" in order to get their 10% discount. I don't think this has been a problem until now, so I'm going to display all the rules so everyone is clear and we don't have any future problems.
These are the rules:
-ALL club members have a card with their name on it, in hand, as of today.
-NO cards are in the mail at this current time.
-NO card, NO discount.
-MUST show card at all times to get discount.
-If paying with paypal, you must present paypal receipt if card has not been received yet with YOUR name on it, not a friends name.
-All sponsors have been given a complete list of all paid members. If you are not on that list, you haven't paid.
-All cards are good through Jan 1-Dec 31st and costs $20.
Note:-Their have been NO members sign up outside of the MTG area. Which means, no one from BHAM can walk into AF and claim they get a discount b/c NO one has signed up from BHAM or that surrounding area.
PLEASE DO NOT TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE CLUB OR OUR SPONSORS. The sponsors have been kind enough to sponsor the club and if people take advantage of both parties, then there will be NO sponsors and every one suffers b/c no one will want to sponsor us. If you want the discount, NO problem. Here's how you can join:
-contact me via email @ montgomeryreefclub@yahoo.com and you can mail a check. All checks are held for 5 business days to insure check clears (yes I've had checks bounce and then they "mysteriously" disappear)
-You can pay via paypal using our email address. Card will be sent in next days mail.
