Yeah, this wasn't exactly self-explanatory. MRC is My Reef Creations, a website selling products for this hobby. It's based near Atlanta. If you go to the bottom and click on "Contact Us" it's andy@myreefcreations.com

The guy arrested in the video is Andrew Diass of Atlanta, Georgia.

1 + 2 = 3, that's the best I can figure.
