I just installed a mtc minical calcium reactor on my 90 sps tank due to time restraints i need to get away from dosing daily i will have to run the reactor for. Month or so before i can get a ph controller i was wondering if anyone has any suggestions as to safely running it before i get the ph controller up i have it set now at one bubble/drip per 3 seconds with arm media im also dosing kalk and vinagar in my ato i change 5 gallons weekly with av salinity run a bio pellet reactor and gfo reactor with rox carbon passively in sump with a aqua c ev-180 skimmer heavy sps with fast growth also have clams and zoanthids a couple nps and softies i run a pretty heavy bioload 115g total water volume im dropping .5 to 1 dkh daily while dosing. calcium has been rock solid at 440 since setup. Also i pressurized the tank water intake of the reactor off my return loop not knowing the reactor was self priming idk if this will make a difference in performance. I set the co2 tank at 20lbs output pressure

Alk 11.8 red sea
Cal 440 red sea
Nitrate 0-5
Magnesium 1550 red sea
Phosphate .08ppm hanna
Temp 78-79

Also if anyone has any ideas or experience upgrading anything on the reactor for performance or reliability id appreciate the input

Stingman,
I have the same reactor. This helped me more than anything else.

I do not even use a PH probe.
Some of it is long winded but you can skip the set up since you are already running.
Saw this fellow @ a MACNA his talk was great.
The jist is to balance your ALK so it stays the same, then dose a calcium supplement if you are low until you get what you want.
Then the reactor will keep your levels there.
