657 miles...probably under 10 hours if traffic is decent. Not like I didn't drive back and forth from Neenah to Knoxville 7 times in a 6 week span.

I just wanted to send out the official notice. The MTRC frag swap will be on January 20th from 12:00-4:00 at the Pleasant Green Community Center in Goodlettsville, TN. This is just outside of Nashville and from what I've heard has pretty easy access for set-ups. I’ll post some more info later, but if you want to follow our thread about the swap, click for the MTRC Frag Swap Info Thread

Did we decide that we only need two tables?

Me, Art, and Matt can fit on a table and a half I am sure, then Dave's stuff is going to be there too (but not Dave???).

Dave you going? Either way we'll need space for your frags, probably.

Anyone else need space on the table? We are a cosy bunch and can squeeze in no problem, but I am just trying to make sure we only need two tables, or determine whether we might need three.

From what I've gotten from Gary a few days ago there are some tables still open... so you can still get more space, but let me (or him) know soon.

I know he definitely has your club down for 3 tables (even drew you in on the CAD drawing... engineers ). We are giving each club a freebie for members who are just looking to sell a frag or two and then we have your other two for the small group who is a little more serious (Mel, Art, Matt, and Dave).

It's definitely starting to get exciting and I can't wait to see what everyone brings.

I should be there for at least the first half of the swap. I won't require a lot of space, just room for my cooler, so half of a table should suffice. Just let me know who I need to pay for the space

I think it's $25 per table, so between the four of us, that's $12.50 a piece. OK?
