I have a Lubbock's, and every once in a while I see some of his mucous cocoon floating around in the morning but generally I see nothing - I have a feeling it mostly dissolves.
Not all wrasses sleep in a cocoon, but those that do make one every night. Don't worry about your corals, I'm sure what doesn't dissolve right away is soon eaten by something else.
