Multi controller settings

I am finally hooking up my 7095 multi controller to 2 6100 pumps. I have them at each end of my 150, of which I have a little bit of every thing in my tank, more sps than others. What would be the best setting to set these 2 pumps on? Thanks Jeff

Algae blenny is about the smallest and he does like to sit inside the mouth of the pump, but he hasn't been hit yet.

I would probably run interval 2 as this way the pump never shuts off so it makes an injury unlikely, in doing this you may need to set your top speed lower to say 60-80% since the other pump will run at 30% so it will be a higher total flow.
