Multiple adapters with different address ranges

I'm trying to do the firmware update and following along in the New User Guide it states to disable all ip addresses that do not have the same first 3 octets of the IP address as the Apex does. These are the address I cannot end:

224.0.0.22
224.0.0.251
224.0.0.252
239.255.255.250
255.255.255.255

Almost the same as the example in the guide. I have turned everything off in the Sharing and Discovery section in Networks and Sharing Center, disabled wireless and I have no VPN listed in the Internet Options (Connections). How do I find these adapters and turn them off? Thanks!

Those are special addresses called multicast addresses. Don't worry about them. What you primarily want to avoid is having Ethernet and wireless connections active at the same time.

Thanks Russ! I hit the update button after reading this and "“ success!! :spin3: I actually had corrupt firmware causing the display to be blank which is now fixed. I did notice that I have two display modules in the Module Setup and could not delete the second module. When I try the upstatus.sht window pops up and it just continuously refreshes. Right now I'm just happy to get the display to display! Thanks again!!
