Multiple Fish additions(Quarantine help)

I Just got home after getting 3 new fish(planned on 2 but the fish store talked me into a 3rd. They were all on my wish list just wanted to wait a little longer between, Also they were half off...

Now some of my issues, i plan on quarantining as i should but i left my RODI off and i only have around 11 gallons of water. I have two tanks i could use. a 29 and a 10 gallon tank. Which should i use for the 3 fish? Should i go get more water or just wait till my RODI makes more? Would prefer to use the 10 gallon but if it is to small i understand i would need to increase and use the 29.

Also should i put my filter sock from my aquarium into the tank would this help with filtration at all?

Flasher wrasse, Bicolor blenny, blue Forktail blenny.

I took 15 gallon out of my tank and put it into the 29 gallon tank and put the 3 fish in it.

bought 10 gallons of distled water so my RODI unit can make the other 5 in around 1.5 hours.

I will fill u the tank to 25 or so gallons shortly as soon as i have mixed saltwater.

Should i move anything to filter the water over like live rock or my filter sock? or would all of this be for not?

60 gallon. Currently has 3 fish in it. Had 4 before i lost one to a whole in the lid last week.

3 is a lot so i will up water changes and testing, also i have some prime on hand incase it gets out of control.

Any advice on the Quarantine, i got the 60 used so i have never quarantined my fish.

Make sure they're eating and happy throw in some 2in pvc elbows for the blennies

Treat the tank with an antibiotic after a few days of normal eating... Wait 4-8 weeks if everyone's happy then put them in the new tank

If any other diseases come up (parasites, fungal) treat for those accordingly

I like to do antibiotics in my qt standard just for the sake of it then if my fish get anything funky I treat that instead don't rush the qt process

Have you considered Tank Transfer Method for ich prevention?
That, along with PraziPro will help prevent new diseases from making it into your DT.

Tank transfer is only good if you have confirmed ich I don't personally use it

FWIW my personal QT protocol is TTM on all fish, I assume they have ich. Into the main QT for observation for 4-5 weeks, depends on work schedule. Also, at some point I will treat with 2 round of prazipro for flukes and internal parasites. Good luck

Can they just use tap water [w/ salt added] treated with Prime to make up the difference?

My advice on QT is to pick a good method and follow it all the way through. The way different parts work together you can get in trouble picking diff parts from diff methods. Rather than try to learn about all the diseases, I just copy a plan from some expert. The threads that are stickied at the tops of the pages have good advice from experts.
Gone fishin's advice is generally supported by experience and intellectual rigor as well. I haven't seen hims steer anybody wrong so far.

There's no point in moving the fish unnecessary without anything being wrong with it. Tank transfer doesn't really do internal and bacterial problems

Sorry, but I feel that tank transfer should be done on all new fish since ich does not have to have visible symptoms in order to be present. Prazipro likewise.
