Hey jwedehase, love the fairlane, not sure if we got the two door down here, but they look tough with the stacked headlights I reckon.
The sedan is a Falcon XR8, 2007 model. 5.4L V8, 260kW, 6 sp manual. Nice car, but not the same as the old school muscle cars.
The Fairlane, unfortunately, is no more. I think the last one went down the production line late last year. Sales were very low, so when they introduced the all new model this year, there was no long wheelbase design to go with it. This could be the last Aussie Falcon too, depends on your head honchos in the states, it is possible that our Falcon could become the new global platform that Ford uses for a variety of vehicles. If that happens you'll be seeing some over your way around 2011 I think. This is the new GT, the lower spec Falcons are not quite so overt.
