mushroom help please

i have a 125 gal tank with a nice amount of mushrooms on my live rock. i have four circlelation pumps to move around the water. it seems that the water is tearing the mushrooms right off the rock. one already got torn off and i dont no were it went and one more is starting to come off. i moved all my power heads so that they dont aim at the mushroom but the one mushroom is still looking like its going to come off? what should i do?

reduce water flow!!!! i saw your info said your current tank is 125gal. what kind of pump you have in your tank? maybe change to another smaller ranking c-pump.

or take out one/two pump to more safety to the mushroom until you find a suitable pump for your tank.
