Ok, i got a mushroom from a lfs that was a little closed about 3 weeks ago. It was my first coral i added and since have gotten alot more which are doing amazingly! water params are perfect. The mushroom has this mucus string underneath the cup of it and it shrinks away at the points where the mucus hits the shroom. Its always had these and i think its the culprit. dunno what else it could be. its been to a few places in myt tank and is now on the sand bed in a place with very low current. running a 24g nano with PC's. I am sure its something on my rock but can;t figure out what is doing it. Any way i can remove the shroom from the rock and replace it somewhere else?
