Mushroom Question

Ok guys. Probably an easy question but here it is. I bought some live rock rubble that had one really bright orange mushroom on it. It is now one huge mushroom with lots of little ones near it. So many now, that they are attaching the the glass baffling in my sump. I would like to start removing some of the small ones from the sump but do not know how to remove the coral from the glass baffle without fear of hurting it. Any help would be really appreciated. If needed I can probably get some pics this evening of the shrooms in question.

just scrape them off like you would algae with a razor blade they will be fine

Yup, after all, you can cut them into little pieces and they will regenerate.

Removing them is the easy part, getting them to attach where you want them is the hardest part for me haha.
