mushrroms galor

I have inhereited a nano that is over run by mushrooms and has been neglected. I have begun routine water changes about every three days. How can I get ride of the muahroomsand make room for zoas etc

By overrun. I mean this tank is 100%. Mushrooms

If you lived up here or even want to come up here I would trade you clean live rock plus some Zoanthids for all your mushroom covered rock.
