The plumbing is finished. The back is painted. Now, I'm making RO. Soon the tank will be up and running. Getting anxious.

sorry it took so long for more pictures. These is really getting fun and exciting. Since I last posted I have added salt, purchased a new pump; mag 18; gotten sand; thanks diane for sending me the link; and added a filter sock. The filter sock cleared the wate up over night. Oh yea, I also ordered a new skimmer. An ASM G-3. Can't wait for that to arrive. Here is a pic of where the tank stands now. It looks a little cloudy. Not sure why but they all turned out that way. Thanks everyone. Now I need a little help. I need to know what tests I need to test the water? How often should I test? What should everything be at? What supplements do I need to add. And anything else I may not know yet. Thanks to everyone for the help and support. This has got to be the hobby w/ the most helpful people. Thanks again and can't wait to see everyone at Ted's. Nitrates, Nitites, PH & Ammonia are what we test for the most. Phosphates, calcium and alkalinity are others I dont test as often.

I add the ESV 2 part Calcium and Alk everyday. BUT I will start with the homemade stuff on the 55 tommorrow.

I also think a log book to wright down the test results is good to have, at lest for the first year. It well give you some refrence how the tank has changed.
