Yes, that's a pearlberry. It has the nicest color in my tank.

Thank you. This is my 3rd Supra. It's a 94 Twin Turbo 6 Speed, Alpine Silver STOCK. My previous (2nd) Supra dynoed at 650+ rwhp but too hard to drive & a pain in the axx to keep tuned. I enjoy my current supra much more.
 
Very nice tank. That pearleberry is nuts! It looks a lot like my buddy's, only 4x as big. I love the all pearly white W/purple coralite look that some of them get. They almost look fake.

I hear that, I'm getting to that point with my 300zx. ~600whp is cool when it's running well and tuned, but man it gets old after awhile. I'm thinking about selling my built motor and turbos and just going back to a stock setup with basic mods. Sorry for the off topic:cool:
 
I think my skimmer take a big role in filteration. It's a Bubble King 200 mini rated for 200g. Right now, I have 9 fish in the tank. Hippo Tang, Barlette Anthia, Borb Anthia, 2 x Blue Green Chromis, 2 x Purculas Clowns, Mystery Wrasses & Purple Fire Fish. I may add a few more fish (3-5) so I don't have to supplement AA anymore.

300zx is very nice. Bone stock & clean 300zx is very rare.
 
2 1/2 months ago, I have decided to remove all the old sands, 65% of the rocks and went all bare bottom. Last week, I have added some sands in my tank but only in the front area where you can see.. There are no sands under the rocks. To me it look a lot better & more natural than a bare bottom tank. So, now it's a 50% bare bottom & 50% SSB.
 
hey Gordon what kind of supplements are you using to keep up alkalinity and calcium! and magnesium! thanx
